Join local yoga instructor and paddler Ginny Walters (500RYT) for a 2 hour kayak and yoga session in Lakewood.
This tour--which departs from our Yak Shack kayak rental center in Lakewood--is suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.
The outing begins with a short, 1-mile paddle to Rocky River Park, where Ginny will lead a yoga session at the top of the hill. After the paddle to Rocky River Park the yoga will feel wonderful and effort for the return trip seems much easier.
Please remember to bring a yoga mat with you. Sunscreen, water shoes and water are recommended as well.
If the weather is too wet for outdoor yoga, Ginny will cancel the event. So be sure to check your emails after 6AM on the day of your event.
Preregistration is required for all paddlers who need to rent a kayak. If you have your own boat, the cost is just $10.00, payable in cash the day of the paddle...no need to register in advance.
