SUP Classes

Our Approach

EXPLORE THE WORLD OF SUP

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding traces its roots back to Hawaii, where locals combined use of the traditional Hawaiian outrigger canoe with the surf board.

Whether you want to paddle for fitness or fun (or both),  paddle-boarding is a fantastic way to get out on the water.  Our SUP classes focus on the footwork, paddle strokes, and safety skills necessary to safely enjoy your SUP experience.

Don't have your own board?   We can supply a properly sized SUP, paddle, leash, and inflatable or inherently buoyant life jacket (depending on the nature of the program) for a small rental fee.    Check out our line-up of ACA-certified courses below.
