What's your cancellation policy?  What happens if the weather is bad?

For kayak or SUP rentals, we are happy to give you a full refund with at least 90 minutes of advance notice.   Simply text us at 866-529-2541 and we'll take care of that for you.    If bad weather is imminent, we tend to not be sticklers about that...we understand if you aren't amped to go paddling in a downpour!

For our classes and guided trips, we require at least 48 hours advance notice for a full refund and 24 hours notice for a 50% refund.   No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, unless we are able to fill your spot.

Our guided programs will run rain or shine, but if conditions are unsafe for paddling (e.g., lightning, high winds, waves, high current) or just incredibly unpleasant (e.g., heavy rain!),  our guides may either postpone, relocate, or cancel a program at their discretion.   In the event of a weather related change or cancellation, we'll text all participants at least 1.5 hrs before the start time with an update.    If we are forced to cancel a program due to weather, all participants will be given their choice of a rain date or a full refund.
